Michelle has supported colleges to lead equity-based change through leadership coaching, strategic consulting, project management, conflict management, professional development, liberatory design training, and equity-minded leadership.
Michelle holds an MFA in Literature and Writing from Mills College, an MS Ed in Online Teaching and Learning from Cal State East Bay, and is currently completing a doctorate in International and Multicultural Education with an emphasis in Racial Justice and a minor in Organization and Leadership from the University of San Francisco.
