Career Ladders Project works with California community college campuses statewide on designing and strengthening pathways to prepare students for success in both college and career. Strong pathways aim to support students in entering, navigating and completing community college by deepening the linkages between high school, higher education and regional industries. CLP began with regional and sector-based pathways strategies, but now our work includes the comprehensive college-wide design approach of Guided Pathways.
Using CLP-developed tools, templates, mapping processes, and inclusive change management strategies, we bring educators, employers, and community stakeholders together to create pipelines that focus on academic and career success. We employ a framework that addresses the needs of students who are balancing the demands of work, school, and family.
