Before joining the team at Career Ladders Project, Alison worked as a business analyst for a publishing company in the field of K-12 education. Her previous experience in the non-profit sector also includes work as a project manager for Educational Testing Service and the American Academy of Neurology.
Having grown up in Hawaii, Alison is happy to be living in the Bay Area after years of hardship spent in the upper Midwest. She has a degree in mathematics from Oberlin College in Ohio. Her interests include reading, eating at new restaurants, and going to San Francisco Giants baseball games.
